The role

We are looking for a Property Management Specialist for our Retail Properties team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We are counting on you to...

Ensure the commercial management of the asset, including negotiation and renewal of contracts, monitoring tenants throughout their stay, and controlling contractual conditions;
Manage the financial aspect of the asset, through the preparation and monitoring of budgets, analysis of revenues and costs, and identification of opportunities to improve profitability;
Guarantee the operational management of the commercial spaces, coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and security services, and monitoring remodeling and investment projects;
Act as the main point of contact for tenants, ensuring the necessary support for their operation and the resolution of operational issues;
Contribute to the appreciation and strategic development of the asset, through the analysis of performance indicators, identification of growth opportunities, and support for commercialization and the acquisition of new operators.
