What we're looking for

Higher education in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field;
Solid experience (+8 years) in software development and enterprise solution design;
Proven experience in developing solutions in C#/.NET, with a focus on REST APIs and microservices architectures;
Practical knowledge of messaging technologies and event-driven architectures, namely Kafka, RabbitMQ and/or Solace;
Ability to design scalable, resilient, and high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
Experience in technical leadership, acting as a reference for teams and promoting technological alignment without an exclusively architectural role;
Ability to influence technical decisions, support platform evolution, and ensure proximity to development teams;
Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, as well as in technical articulation and alignment with vendors;
Knowledge of and interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, teams, and products;
Highly collaborative profile, with a strong orientation toward teamwork, active listening, and integration of feedback;
Proactivity, critical thinking, and the ability to explore new approaches, identifying improvement opportunities and actively contributing to the construction and prioritization of technical roadmaps and backlogs;
High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and focus on delivery with rigor and quality;
Availability to work in a DevOps context, including participation in an on-call regime when necessary.

What you'll do

Ensure that the developed solutions support technological transformation and the evolution of digital products.
Support the execution of the tech transformation initiative, bringing a comprehensive technical vision and the ability to simplify complexity.
Promote consistent engineering practices and support teams in adopting new approaches, contributing to the continuous evolution of products.
Accompany product teams in the definition and implementation of solutions, helping to unblock technical problems and guiding critical decisions.
Act as a liaison between technology, product, and business, ensuring clear alignment between functional needs and technical solutions.
Evaluate technological solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and the technological vision of MC Digital.
Ensure alignment between technical decisions, business objectives, and product vision.
Contribute to building internal capacity, empowering teams to deal with modern technology and more robust architectures.
Ensure that the delivered solutions are scalable, efficient, and sustainable in the long term.
