Strengthen the Claims and Provider Management Department, whose mission is to oversee Claims Management, Provider Management, and Litigation management for Non-Life and Life Risk branches, promoting a consistent customer experience across the different lines of business.

You will be challenged to:

• Ensure the integral management of the claims process, from the receipt and analysis of the notification to the decision-making, guaranteeing alignment with coverages and contractual conditions and the collection of elements necessary for the processing of the claim;
• Calculate provisions and indemnifiable amounts, coordinating the necessary surveys, referring injured parties to the contracted network, and analyzing the respective conclusions;
• Guarantee follow-up and communication with customers and third parties, providing clarification on the progress and position regarding the claim and coordinating, whenever necessary, with the reinsurance, litigation, provider, and commercial areas;
• Ensure the remaining diligences associated with the process, namely the analysis and processing of reimbursements, representation of the Organization in legal actions, and sharing relevant information with the underwriting areas regarding claims by novelty, severity, or frequency.
