Tech Stream Lead

• Degree in IT or an equivalent field
• +10 years of experience in IT, with technical leadership and end-to-end management in complex contexts
• Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
• Ability to define and validate scalable and integrable architectures
• Experience managing internal teams, external teams, and partners
• Mastery of Agile methodologies in demanding contexts
• Experience with AI coding (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) and an AI-first mindset
• Strong analytical capacity, communication, and the ability to bridge technology and business
• Autonomy, results orientation, integrity, and the ability to manage expectations
• Technological curiosity
• Fluent English
• Availability for a DevOps model with on call
