What we're looking for

• You have an academic degree at the Bachelor's level or higher, in Civil Engineering (mandatory);
• You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the civil construction area, project management, and licensing processes (mandatory);
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD tools (mandatory);
• You have flexibility and geographic mobility (mandatory);
• You consider yourself to have good analytical, organizational, and results-oriented skills;
• You consider yourself a proactive person with a great critical spirit;
• You have proficiency in the English language at oral and written levels (mandatory) and knowledge of German (preferred).

The role

What you'll do

• You will monitor projects and provide technical support during the construction phase, in order to ensure the fulfillment of objectives;
• You will perform analysis of project proposals (new stores, modernizations, expansions, special projects) and prepare presentations for Management decision-making;
• You will provide support to other Departments regarding store licensing and maintenance;
• You will have to create indicators and reports;
• You will ensure compliance with applicable legal standards;
• You will perform the continuous update and development of national guidelines and processes;
• You will contact and monitor business partners.
