PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Your mission

Our Valuation Services practice comprises a team of 90+ talented valuation professionals coming from various horizons. They all share the same passion for delivering expertise and value of the highest standards to clients.

As an Assistant Associate within VS, your responsibilities will be to perform valuation analysis and reviews of a wide spectrum of assets (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Debt and Venture Capital, as well as Intangible assets) in assessing the reasonableness of valuations and financial models in the context of financial reporting and assurance related engagements, as well as the opportunity for exposure to advisory engagements across the Alternatives industry such as valuation, process implementation and review, data analytics and benchmarking.

Let's talk about you. If you are/have...

• A recent graduate from an economics, business and/or management school with a focus in finance;
• Excellent academic background;
• Strong foundational knowledge of valuation principles and techniques (income, market, and asset-based approach) with regards to real estate and business valuation;
• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, autonomous and enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment;
• Ability to research and analyse pertinent client, industry, and financial matters, while demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills;
• Being flexible when adapting to changing client needs and market conditions;
• Communicating effectively in English, both written and verbally, within a professional services business environment;
• Knowledge of recognized valuation guidelines, such as RICS Redbook, IPEV guidelines or IVS is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of industry softwares and tools (i.e. Bloomberg, S&P CapIQ, and/or advanced Excel modelling) is a plus;
• Knowledge of option pricing models is a plus;
• Receptive to feedback and uses reflection to develop strengths and address developmental areas;
• Command of French or German language is an asset, and additional language would be considered as a plus;
• IT knowledge is an asset;
• Professional qualification in progress (CFA, CAIA, ACA, RICS...) is a plus.
