Facility & Property Manager – Engineering

• Higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or Civil Engineering;
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Facility Management, Property Management, building maintenance, technical facility management or similar areas;
• Proven experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams;
• Solid knowledge of the main technical specialties associated with the operation and maintenance of buildings;
• Experience in the management and monitoring of maintenance, corrective works and construction;
• Experience in planning, cost control and economic management of contracts;
• Ability to read and interpret projects;
• Ability for technical and commercial analysis of proposals;
• Experience in the preparation of maintenance plans, reports, contracts and measurement reports;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• English mandatory, spoken and written;
• Knowledge of Infraspeak will be valued.

• Manage Facility Management and Property Management contracts, ensuring compliance with service levels, quality, deadlines and costs;
• Lead and coordinate internal teams, service providers and subcontractors, ensuring the proper distribution, monitoring and execution of work;
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as works and technical interventions;
• Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance Plans;
• Ensure the planning and control of work, monitoring deadlines, costs, resources and deviations from what was planned;
• Monitor the economic performance of contracts and interventions, promoting corrective measures whenever necessary;
• Analyze technical needs and solutions in different specialties, namely HVAC, electrical installations, hydraulic, CCTV, fire safety, control centers, etc;
• Consult the market and analyze technical and commercial proposals from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Prepare contracts, measurement reports, technical and maintenance reports and other documentation supporting service management;
• Analyze projects, drawings and technical documentation;
• Identify commercial opportunities, participate in the acquisition of new clients and develop technical-commercial proposals;
• Perform technical visits and surveys for the preparation of maintenance, Facility Management, Property Management and works proposals;
• Ensure the relationship with the client, identifying needs, proposing solutions and guaranteeing close and professional monitoring.
