The role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Analyst for our E-Commerce team, in Matosinhos and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

In this role, you will play a fundamental part in the monitoring and optimization of the E-Commerce operation, contributing to operational planning, performance analysis, and monitoring of key business indicators. You will work closely with different internal teams and external partners, supporting decision-making through data analysis and ensuring the efficiency of a dynamic and constantly evolving operation.

What you'll do

Support backoffice activities and operational planning;
Manage postal codes and the operation's coverage areas;
Analyze forecasts and monitor their fulfillment, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement;
Build, monitor, and interpret operational reports;
Analyze business and operational KPIs, transforming data into relevant insights for the operation;
Collaborate with different teams within the organization, ensuring process alignment and efficiency;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and operational performance.
