• A senior role with autonomy and direct impact on company results.
• Participation in the implementation of the 2027 operating model and direct contact with management.
• Competitive remuneration, adjusted to experience, with the possibility of a variable component linked to agreed objectives.
• Possibility of evolution into production management or operational technical management roles.
We are a construction company with a Class 7 construction contractor license, focusing on residential projects. For 2027, we are evolving our operating model: the preparation and coordination of architectural and specialty projects will be outsourced, while we maintain internally the preparation, procurement, production, and execution of works.
We are looking for a senior professional, with proven experience in the Portuguese market, to assume a central role in the link between external designers, management, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Technical preparation: analyze projects, drawings, measurements, and quantity surveys; identify omissions, incompatibilities, and risks before the start of works.
• Procurement and subcontracting: organize market inquiries, compare proposals, negotiate prices and conditions, prepare awards, and monitor orders and deliveries.
• Production and execution: plan works, resources, and construction sequences; monitor deadlines, productivity, quality, safety, and corrective measures.
• External coordination: manage requests for clarification and the coordination with external architects and engineers, ensuring timely information for the site.
• Economic control: monitor budget, actual costs, purchase commitments, additional works, deviations, and forecasted final cost.
• Reporting to management: present regular information on progress, risks, costs, deadlines, and project profitability.
• Compliance: support compliance with applicable legal and technical requirements, ensuring that regulatory responsibilities are assigned to duly qualified professionals.
