• 12th grade with a Level IV course, however, we give preference to candidates with a Bachelor's degree and specialization in OHS;
• Professional certification (CAP) - Level VI;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Occupational Health and Safety area;
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards;
• Pedagogical Competence Certificate (CCP) - valued;
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP - preferential factor;
• Ability for clear and effective communication with different interlocutors;
• Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.

We are looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Technician for Carnaxide, Lisbon. Join us!

WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGE
Embedded within the People and Culture Department, the collaborator will assume the following responsibilities:
• Ensure the responsibilities of a Safety Technician at the defined centers, in order to respect OHS regulatory requirements;
• Coordinate the processes that support cross-cutting occupational health and safety components, comply with and enforce applicable legislation, organize resources intended for prevention and protection (collective and individual), and participate in defining the measures to be adopted in case of emergency;
• Support and monitor accident and near-miss situations, analyze causes, define and promote the implementation of measures for safety promotion;
• Develop, monitor, and disseminate statistical elements relating to safety;
• Develop and monitor activities, training actions, and awareness regarding different safety matters, at the defined centers, in coordination with the managers of the different areas;
• Identify hazards and assess their risks, in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the adequacy of instruments, as well as to obtaining certifications for the facilities;
• Guarantee the organization and updating of safety and emergency structures;
• Collaborate in the organization of simulated accident exercises;
• Perform periodic checks, based on current programs, legal requirements, and client requirements, to allow for the evaluation of the degree of control of safety risks;
• Plan and carry out inspections within the scope of the Safety area, according to higher guidelines.
