TST - Occupational Safety Technician (m/f) (INICIAR - IEFP professional internship)

EPOS - Empresa Portuguesa de Obras Subterrâneas, S.A., a company of the Teixeira Duarte group, is a specialist and leader in the execution of large underground works contracts, with vast experience in projects carried out in various countries. We are hiring a TSST - Occupational Safety Technician (m/f) to join our Management Systems and Technology Department team, specifically for our operations at the Neves Corvo Mines (Castro Verde / Almodôvar) and Aljustrel Mines.

Job description

• Develop prevention and protection activities against professional risks.

• Neves Corvo Mines (Castro Verde / Almodôvar)
• Aljustrel Mines

• Secondary level academic training (12th grade), through a level IV professional course (Safety Technician) - mandatory.
• Professional TST title (ACT) - mandatory.
• Pedagogical Competence Certificate for Trainers (CAP / CCP) - valued.
• Experience in the civil construction and public works sector.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Good knowledge of languages, namely English and Spanish.
• An assiduous, punctual person with a willingness to learn.
• Dynamism, organizational capacity, and teamwork.
• High sense of responsibility, motivation, and spirit of initiative.
