• Perform electromechanical corrective and preventive maintenance on wind turbines;
• Ensure the execution of assigned tasks in accordance with internal Rules;
• Comply with the times established in the execution of planned assigned tasks;
• Report the progress of work to the Supervisors;
• Prepare daily reports according to what has been established, as well as document all tasks performed;
• Establish close communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and the Local Maintenance Supervisor, as well as with all Employees in the region where you are integrated;
• Ensure the safety of the work Team by complying with current standards, rules, and legislation;
• Look after Company resources when the technician is available to perform their duties;
• Ensure the quality of the service performed in accordance with internal Standards and Rules;
• Support the integration and training of all new Employees in accordance with current Rules;
• Ensure, within the scope of your duties, compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Standards in force at the Company;
• Promote team spirit with a view to achieving the region's objectives;
• Permanently update the internal instructions of the ENERCON group;
• Present solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
