The role

What you'll do

  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial ventilation equipment; 
  • Carry out interventions on fans, motors, variable speed drives, transmission systems; 
  • Carry out fault diagnosis and repair;
  • Perform technical measurements and recordings (vibrations, temperatures, pressures, flow rates);
  • Replace mechanical and electrical components;
  • Use Maintenance Management Software (Infraspeak) via smartphone;
  • Fill out work orders and intervention reports;
  • Report anomalies and intervention needs;
  • Comply with Safety, Quality, and Environment standards;
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call regime (rotational). 

Qualifications

  • Mandatory schooling;
  • Knowledge of industrial electricity (motors, drives, electrical panels); 
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics;
  • Reading and interpretation of technical diagrams;
  • Use of manual and electric tools;
  • Use of measuring instruments;
  • Driving license (preferred); 
  • Experience in a continuous production industrial environment (preferred); 
  • Electrician certified by DGEG (Direção-Geral de Energia e Geologia) (preferred).
