- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or Engineering;

- Knowledge in the field of electric mobility;

- IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI);

- Proficiency in English, spoken and written (mandatory);

- Good communication skills and ability to integrate into new workgroups;

- Is ambitious and oriented towards continuous improvement;

- Has high critical and analytical capacity;

- Is dynamic and proactive.

- Develops range proposals for new models;

- Participates in price negotiation and definition directly with the Manufacturer;

- Coordinates the plan for defining the launch strategy of a new model in the national market;

- Performs comparative analyses regarding price levels and campaigns currently in practice in the market;

- Communicates with the dealer network, specifically regarding the sending of product and price information;

- Participates in training actions for new models for the dealer network;

- Monitors the outflow of existing models and the launch of new models;

- Participates in coordination activities with other areas, specifically within the scope of communication and marketing.
