What is it like to be a Quality and Continuous Improvement Technician?

- Ensures the maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001

- Prepares, reviews, and controls procedures, work instructions, and other QMS documents

- Guarantees document and record control

- Promotes the continuous improvement of the system

- Performs internal audits and prepares the corresponding reports, for both quality and Kaizen

- Accompanies external Kaizen and Quality Audits

- Prepares information for management review

- Promotes the continuous improvement culture.

- Solid knowledge of Quality and Kaizen

- Communication and interpersonal relationship skills
