We are looking for a Service Contract Technician to join the Trucks and Buses - Volvo Trucks team in Porto.

What you'll do

Provide quotations for service contracts and prepare the respective offer documents and drafts;
Ensure the updating and maintenance of contractual information in the management systems, ensuring data reliability;
Support and monitor renewal processes, ensuring their timely and efficient execution;
Analyze, monitor, and control the costs attributed to service contracts, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement;
Provide support and clarifications related to service contracts to the sales teams, to enhance negotiation and the service provided to the Customer;
Prepare and analyze the main performance indicators of service contracts, supporting decision-making and continuous process improvement.
