Motorhome Maintenance Technician

We are looking for talented and passionate people, who excel in manual work and practical tasks, to strengthen our team. As an RFA (Campervan Maintenance Technician), you will be part of our service team in Porto; your main responsibility will be to ensure that our campervans are always well-maintained and in the best possible condition.

Depending on the depot, you will also participate in rental operations. This role is essential to keep our fleet road-ready, allowing our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys. • Perform systematic inspections of vehicles and diagnose problems in interior systems, equipment, and exteriors.
• Execute maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including: replacement of minor exterior parts (bulbs, windows, mirrors); replacement and repair of spare parts; diagnosis and repair of campervan equipment.
• Diagnose the cause of a fault before replacing parts, and decide—and communicate clearly—when a vehicle is genuinely ready to rent.
• Manage your repair list from start to finish, adjusting it as urgent jobs arrive, without losing sight of what was left for later.
• Always keep all vehicle records, repair notes, and parts consumption updated in the fleet management system.
• Keep tools, equipment, and the workspace clean and organized.
• Keep the spare parts inventory organized—perform stock counts and manage the receipt and consumption of parts.
• Receive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in storage areas, and record consumption and new orders.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external partners and coordinate the execution of vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams.

Depending on the location, you will also be an active part of the depot's daily operations:

• Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers
• Support in reservation management, guest reception, and handling check-ins and check-outs
• Maintenance of depot equipment, extras, and consumables
