• Perform quality inspections and audits at all stages of the production process, from the receipt of raw materials to the finished product.
• Monitor and record quality control parameters, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Identify and report non-conformities, actively participating in the investigation of their causes and the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP, BRC, IFS).
• Perform basic laboratory analyses and collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Prepare periodic quality reports, presenting relevant data and trends for continuous improvement.
• Participate in the training and awareness of employees regarding good manufacturing practices and food safety.

• Higher education in Chemistry, Food Engineering, or a similar area (preferred). As a minimum qualification, a technical laboratory course at the 12th-grade level.
• Professional experience in quality control roles in the food or beverage sector (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of quality management systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good computer skills from a user perspective (MS Office).
• Availability to work in shifts, if necessary.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Residence in the Almeirim region or availability for daily commuting.
