What you'll do
- Moves easily through panel beating tasks, in preparation and assembly operations of sheet metal or fiber components, and in semi-automatic welding work
- Makes panel beating work happen, taking into account the operations guide
- Supports the practical construction of solutions and the design of model parts
- Executes preparation and assembly operations of sheet metal, aluminum, or fiber components
- Critically evaluates their own work
- Detects and resolves anomalies
- Suggests daily improvements (Kaizen methodology)
- Is passionate about making things happen
- Is multifaceted and versatile
- Focuses on detail and works with vigor
