You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of our Quality Management System, promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

At the same time, you will have a role close to management, supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring that these evolve in a structured, organized, and results-oriented manner.

On a daily basis, you will:

• Coordinate the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System;

• Map, review, and optimize organizational processes;

• Prepare and follow up on internal and external audits;

• Monitor performance indicators and improvement plans;

• Support management in the implementation of strategic initiatives;

• Structure action plans and follow up on their execution;

• Facilitate articulation between different teams and functional areas;

• Produce documentation, reports, and presentations to support decision-making;

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Higher education in Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Quality Management, or similar areas;

• Experience in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001);

• Knowledge of continuous improvement and process management;

• Organizational and planning skills;

• Excellent written and verbal communication;

• Ease in managing multiple priorities simultaneously;

• High sense of responsibility and autonomy;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;

• Knowledge of Power BI and project management tools (valued);

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to productivity (valued).
