• Academic background in Human Resources, Management, Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a similar field.

• Sense of responsibility, discretion, and ease in handling confidential information.

• Proactive, dynamic profile oriented towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

• Curiosity and ease in using digital tools, including artificial intelligence solutions applied to organization and productivity.

• Good oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.

• Management of email and WhatsApp inboxes

• Carrying out job postings, CV screening, telephone contacts, and interviews, according to the profiles defined for each role and previously defined requirements.

• Updating candidate and provider databases, recruitment maps, and performance indicators.

• Providing operational and administrative support to service providers, forwarding issues to the responsible teams when necessary.

• Identifying repetitive, manual, or simplifiable administrative tasks in the recruitment, onboarding, communication, and document management processes.

• Participating in the identification, testing, and documentation of digital solutions that allow for the reduction of manual tasks, minimization of errors, and improvement of response times.

• Managing digital provider files, ensuring complete and updated documentation.
