What we're looking for

• Higher education in Industrial Engineering or a similar field;
• Experience in continuous improvement, preferably in an industrial environment;
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Spirit of initiative, dynamism, and ability to work in a team;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Availability for travel, both nationally and internationally (Angola, Namibia, Botswana, and Mozambique).

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician to join the Trucks and Buses team, in Porto.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the continuous improvement initiative plan for Nors Trucks and Buses Volvo Trucks;
• Promote awareness actions and workshops on continuous improvement tools;
• Support the definition of KPIs to measure the development and success of process improvement initiatives;
• Perform assessments and audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal standards, and industry best practices;
• Contribute to the improvement of operational results through data analysis and the implementation of efficiency-oriented solutions.
