What is it like to be an After-sales Support Technician?

·       Provides technical support to the Toyota and Lexus network, by telephone and through a specific application.
·       Analyzes technical cases that must be communicated to TME.
·       Manages communication with TME for technical clarification requests and requests for best practices.
·       Launches technical campaigns at a national level and monitors their implementation.
