Application Support (L2/L3) - Linux, SQL & Automation

• Strong functional analysis component.
• SQL/MYSQL.
• Use of Unix/Linux environments.
• Scripting languages (e.g., KSH/Bash; Python; Perl).
• Knowledge of ethernet networks (TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Use of UNIX/Linux operating systems.

• Higher education in Computer Engineering or a similar area.
• 2 or more years of experience in the operations or application support area.
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Basic knowledge of regular expressions.
• Experience in process automation.
• Knowledge of Ansible, applied to task and configuration automation.
• Experience using Grafana, including the creation of dashboards and alerting.
• ELK Stack, Grafana, LogStash
• Creation of Ansible playbooks
• GITLAB.

• Management, monitoring, and control of service levels.
• Identification of problems and implementation of monitoring solutions for service control.
• Communication with Technical/Functional teams
• Construction and updating of documentation and support materials for service support.
• Analysis, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and tools.
• Analysis and resolution of incidents and problems.
• 24/7 Application Support, with an on-call regime.
• Development of tools and processes within the scope of service management
