Ensure the definition and implementation of the relationship management strategy with Casais Group Clients, specifically regarding contract management, as well as the management of contractual processes and documentation, in order to maximize efficiency, service quality, and the level of customer satisfaction, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values.

• Support to Site Management in the technical and economic management of projects;
• Contract monitoring;
• Support in the relationship with the client, supervision, and subcontractors;
• Preparation of technical information and management support.
