Application Operations & Support

• Knowledge of Linux, Windows OS;
• Proficiency in Unix Shell commands/navigation and experience with shellScript;
• Familiarity with SQL syntaxes;
• Familiarity with IT best practice standards/tools such as ITIL, ISO20000, PCIDSS;
• Ability to understand and solve problems related to problem and performance analysis;
• Ability to propose and apply creative improvement or innovation solutions for day-to-day problems;
• Proficiency in the English language.

Position: Application Operations & Support

• Deeply understand the applications/services and their business integration aspects, in order to perform efficient and effective application continuous delivery;
• Know the procedures and participate in the application continuous delivery automation process;
• Resolution of incidents, issues, and performance problems arising from application continuous delivery;
• Ensure that analysis requests are resolved quickly and within the agreed service levels;
• Communication with Development/Application Technical teams;
• Analysis of documentation and its implementation/improvement, as well as automatic processes and internal tools.
