Casais Construction I Portugal - Engineers/Architects from LATAM (m/f/d)

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferably accredited, in the process of accreditation, or with the possibility of accreditation in Portugal)
• 5 to 10 years of experience in construction work projects
• English language upper-intermediate level - B2 (oral and written comprehension).
• IT skills (Word, Excel, Adobe)
• Advanced knowledge of construction activities to supervise and train others.
• Accustomed to working in demanding situations.
• Good communication skills to deal with the team, superiors, suppliers, and clients.
• Availability to settle in Portugal for at least 24 months.
• Valid passport
• Updated vaccination certificate (complete tetanus vaccine)
• Medical certificate of fitness or health card, without physical limitations that incapacitate for the specific work.
• No criminal record
• Not having worked or resided in the EU illegally
• Vaccination Card (Complete tetanus vaccine)
• Verifiable professional references

• Knowledge of Autocad, BIM, or construction project management software is valued.
• Knowledge of the Portuguese language (A1-A2) will be valued
