Senior Application Production Support

• You have higher education in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or similar;
• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology or similar, preferably in the banking sector;
• Advanced level of English, written and oral;
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team;
• Customer focus and resilience
• Knowledge of NIST and ISO / IEC 27001;
• Certifications such as: CISSP, SSCP, CISM, CEH or CISA;
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, AZURE)
• Knowledge of Dockers & Containers

Integrated into the IT Service Delivery Department, your mission will be to provide technical and functional support to users of various banking applications. The main responsibilities are:

• Find a solution to resolve the technical and functional problems raised or escalate the problem to the appropriate team and follow up on the resolution of the problem
• Ensure that a solution is provided within the appropriate timeframe, depending on the priority of the problem
• Coordinate and ensure ideal communication between the different teams/stakeholders in your role as a single point of contact, including regular updates on progress in case of blocking incidents
• Document issues raised by users and identified as a bug
• Monitor and take action, when necessary, regarding technical alert messages sent to the team's shared mailbox
• Ensure that start-of-day control tasks and daily feedback are performed
