IT Support Team Lead - Lisbon/On-site

• Experience in coordinating technical support/Service Desk teams.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in telephone support and end-user support.
• Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
• Experience in metrics analysis and reporting.
• Experience in microcomputing support.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows, networks, Microsoft 365, AD, VPN, etc.).
• Good communication, organization, and priority management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL (ITIL certification preferred).

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Service Desk technician team.
• Ensure the correct prioritization and escalation of issues.
• Guarantee compliance with defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure service quality and user satisfaction.
• Act as the point of contact between the Service Desk and other IT teams.
• Support the management of critical incidents.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensure the update of the Knowledge Base.
• Conduct regular feedback, performance evaluations, and individual development plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT and security policies.
