Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum educational qualifications at the 12th-grade level;
- Good IT knowledge;
- High communication skills;
- Autonomy, dynamism, and team spirit;
- Motivation and responsibility;
- A liking for customer contact;

- Previous experience in telephone customer service roles (preferred);

The role
We are selecting for the Vodafone project - the mobile operator with the largest presence worldwide.
Role: To provide technical support to the company's customers, specifically regarding the clarification of doubts and the resolution of issues raised.
How you'll work
- Part-Time of 4 Hours, 5 Hours, or 6 Hours daily (schedules between 1:00 PM and 12:00 AM)
- Availability to work on weekends is required.
