Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in operational roles, ideally in a healthcare or customer service context;
Strong sense of responsibility and organization;
Good communication skills and a liking for teamwork;
Availability to work in São Pedro da Cadeira;
Availability to work shifts during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: Between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

What you'll do

As a Technical Assistant, you will be a fundamental part of our operation's functioning, ensuring logistical, operational, and administrative support to clinical work, always with a focus on patient well-being. You will be the essential link between technology, healthcare professionals, and patients, ensuring that every interaction happens with quality, trust, and simplicity.

Support the functioning of health units in the São Pedro da Cadeira area;
Organize materials and resources necessary for clinical practice;
Ensure that equipment is ready for the start of teleconsultations;
Organize and share patient records on the telemedicine platform before consultations, ensuring transparency and rigor;
Prepare and deliver essential documents to patients after each consultation;
Support the administrative team with tasks such as booking appointments and verifying schedules;
Support users with reception, guidance, and referral within the unit;
Collaborate with the entire team to ensure quality and efficiency in service.
