Spanish Customer Support Agent - Lisbon - LIS1

• Between 1 and 2 years of previous experience in customer service within the technical support area;
• Good computer literacy;
• Minimum B2/C1 level of English.

• Facilitate technical support and problem resolution to customers in case of incidents with technological devices. Support will be provided via telephone and email;
• Provide support to customers with installation and device breakdown issues;
• Assist customers with billing, shipment tracking, and placing orders;
• Act upon incidents, with their corresponding escalation and reporting;
• Use your communication and problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service.
