The role
We are strengthening our pool of collaborators for Mystery Shopper roles in projects currently running across the various islands of the Azores.

What does a Mystery Shopper do?
The Mystery Shopper evaluates the customer service, service, and customer experience in stores, restaurants, or other establishments, in a discreet manner.
Requirements/Candidate profile:
• Good communication and improvisation skills;
• Sense of responsibility and organization;
• Commitment to deadlines and quality of work;
• Previous experience in the role (valued, but not mandatory).
