What we're looking for

skills
- Experience in customer service in a contact center environment (preferably in the assistance or insurance sector).
- Fluency in French and Portuguese (mandatory factor). Good knowledge of English will be valued.
- Good IT skills and ease in handling different digital tools.
- Strong customer orientation, capacity for empathy, and a constant willingness to learn and develop skills (with support from initial and continuous training).

What you'll get

- Gross Base Salary: 1,050€ / month x14
- Meal Allowance: 9.60€ / day on a meal card
- Attendance Bonus: 50€ / month
- Mobility Bonus: 20€ / month
Schedule: Rotating between 08:00 and 20:00, with rotating days off (guaranteeing, on average, 2 free weekends per month).
Work Model: On-site from Monday to Friday and in Remote Regime on weekends.
Location: Amadora (excellent accessibility, just a 5-minute walk from the CP station).

What you'll do

key responsibilities
Join a dynamic team in the insurance and roadside assistance sector. Your main mission will be to ensure efficient and excellent support to customers in moments of need.

Main Responsibilities
- Management of roadside assistance requests and response to other customer inquiries.
- Organization and monitoring of the dispatch of assistance resources (tow trucks, taxis, replacement vehicles, etc.).
- International support: Monitoring and management of processes for Portuguese citizens abroad and foreigners in Portugal.
- Quality assurance: Ensuring customer expectations are met, maintaining effective communication and the company's good image.
