Passenger Experience Advisor (French-speaking) – Airline

As a Passenger Experience Advisor, you will be the point of contact for passengers, helping them manage their journeys and find the right solutions for their needs.

• Manage flight bookings, including creating, changing and cancelling reservations

• Assist passengers through inbound and outbound calls and email

• Answer questions about Flight Club, VIP services and PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility)

• Handle customer requests related to flight disruptions, delays and cancellations

• Provide accurate, real-time information to help passengers make informed decisions

• Listen to each passenger's situation and understand their individual needs

• Provide clear and effective solutions while maintaining a high-quality passenger experience

• Go the extra mile to create a positive and memorable customer experience

You'll be a great match if you:

• Have C1 level in French and B2 level in English, both written and spoken

• Are comfortable handling complex customer situations, remaining calm and focused on finding the right solution

• Can manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Have previous experience with GDS tools such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre - a plus

• Have at least 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Travel or Tourism
