Technical (Hard Skills): Strong knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation, advanced Excel and fluency in Portuguese and English (experience in Primavera ERP and Workday is a strong advantage).

The role
Randstad is recruiting a Payroll Technician for a prestigious multinational client in the Information Technology (IT) sector.
This is a temporary project where you will be the main point of contact for employees, with a focus on ensuring maximum rigor in payroll processing and administrative management.
What you'll do
key responsibilities
Payroll: Execute full payroll processing (overtime, bonuses, allowances), validate data (vacation, absences, timesheets) and manage benefits (meal card, childcare vouchers).
Administration: Maintain updated employee records in the systems (ERP/HR) and manage documentation.
Legal Compliance: Manage communications with Social Security, issue income statements and comply with annual legal obligations (e.g., Relatório Único).
