What we're looking for
skills
Qualifications at the level of 12th grade, university attendance or a degree;
Preferably Intermediate - advanced English (it will be necessary to make contacts in English regularly);
Knowledge of banking products - namely accounts and cards;Experience in Contact Center (Inbound and/or Outbound);
Polished speech;
High commercial capacity;
Excellent oral communication skills;
High argumentation skills;
Customer and results orientation;
Good interpersonal relationships and a taste for teamwork;
IT knowledge from a user perspective.

What you'll get

Base salary of 985€/month + 7.63€/day meal allowance (meal card) + variable bonus of 180€/month;
Schedule 10am-7pm from Monday to Friday.
