What you'll do

Check in / Check out

Welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Pousada

Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls

Ensure that the reception area is organized and presentable

Provide basic and accurate information in person and by telephone/e-mail

Receive, request, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

Perform other office receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, and maps

Perform other activities, not specified above, necessary for the pursuit of the objectives of the role
