Requirements
What we're looking for
- Professional training or proven experience in Hospitality/Catering (minimum 3 years);
- Ability to coordinate and lead teams;
- Ability for time and priority management;
- Knowledge of HACCP;
- Dynamic and organized;
- Sense of responsibility.
The role
What you'll do
-Responsible for the preparation and making of food for customers (catering, shops and others);
- Analysis and interpretation of technical sheets;
-Support for the Management and Planning of production in all sections of the Unit;
-Support for the Management of operational personnel (holidays, absences, etc.);
-Support in the integration of new employees or temporary employees, in specific tasks;
- Ensure compliance with all Ibersol Group rules;
-Support in the preparation, manufacturing orders, cooling, packaging, conditioning and dispatch of products produced in the unit, as well as the cleaning of material, equipment and facilities;
-Collaborate in the development of new technical sheets whenever requested;
-Ability to lead work teams;
-Comply with food safety requirements;
-Comply with occupational safety requirements;
-Report anomalies in the kitchen to the Unit Management Team.
