Front Office Agent (M/F) - Pestana Porto Covo Village

If you are a passionate, efficient, and collaborative person, come belong to this prestigious group; we are looking for a second-class Receptionist for Pestana Porto Covo Village.
What will you do?
•Receive guests as soon as they arrive at the property;
•Ensure compliance with all procedures;
•Ensure that the check-in and check-out process is carried out correctly;
•Perform other activities, not specified above, necessary for the pursuit of the objectives of the role.
What are we looking for?
•Minimum of 1 year of experience in 4/5 star hospitality;
•Professional training in Hospitality/Tourism;
•Knowledge of Opera software;
•Fluency in English and preferably another language;
•A liking for customer contact;
•A liking for teamwork;
•Availability to work in shifts.
