Subenshi Porto is reinforcing its team and is looking for a receptionist to join a young, dynamic project focused on excellence in customer experience.

Role:
• Reception and hosting of customers
• Reservation management and reception organization
• Ensuring a welcoming and organized experience from the customer's arrival to their departure
• Support for the daily coordination of the floor service

We are looking for:
• Experience in reservation management and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (other languages valued)
• Good presentation and professional posture
