The role
The Pestana Palace Lisboa Hotel is a member of the prestigious The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW); it is a restored 19th-century palace - the Palácio Valle Flôr, former residence of counts and marquesses. Classified as a National Monument, its privileged location allows for enjoying a view over the Tagus River.
We are looking for a Floor Housekeeper (m/f) to continue elevating our success story.
What you'll do
You will lead the Housekeeping team, responsible for the organization and coordination of the area cleaning teams.
- Coordination of the area cleaning teams;
- Ensuring that all environments are inspected;
- Stock control and management;
- Reporting any damages for repair.
Experience we are looking for
- Proficiency in the computer system inherent to the role;
- Strong communication skills;
- A liking for teamwork;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to manage stress.
