The role
We are reinforcing our finance team with an organized, communicative, and detail-oriented professional, capable of working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We are looking for someone with ease in dealing with numbers, a focus on results, and a desire to grow with us
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers;
- Validate and register all supplier invoicing;
- Manage current accounts, analyzing balances, proceeding with their reconciliation, and maintaining contact with suppliers;
- Regular monitoring of supplier ageing;
- Provide clarifications related to payments to suppliers;
- Ensure compliance with closing dates;
- Ensure compliance with payment deadlines.
PROFILE
- Degree in management, accounting, or equivalent;
- Organization and work method, analytical capacity, and attention to detail;
- Experience in similar roles, particularly in shared services centers (valued);
- Experience with SAP ERP system (valued);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in Spanish, French and/or German (valued);
- Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;
- Ability to work under pressure and towards objectives;
- High capacity for teamwork.
