Requirements
What we're looking for
- Training in Hospitality/Tourism;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles;
- Proficiency in the English language and, preferably, other foreign languages;
- Customer orientation;
- Flexibility and availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays.
The role
What you'll do
- Ensure the welcoming, service, and assistance of customers;
- Perform check-in and check-out processes, invoicing, and cash operations;
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and provide information about hotel services and regional activities;
- Handle telephone service and the management of emails and guest requests;
- Identify, follow up on, and resolve complaints;
- Administrative tasks inherent to the role.
