Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f)

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources or similar;

• Previous professional experience in human resources and/or finance;

• Knowledge of IT tools, namely advanced Excel and PowerPoint;

• Good analytical skills;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good knowledge of English;

• Knowledge of Labor legislation (preferred).

• Data analysis and production of reports related to HR topics;

• Manage the compensation and benefits matrix and ensure its alignment with the organizational culture;

• Ensure compliance between compensation policies and current legislation;

• Support annual salary review processes, promotions, and profit-sharing distribution;

• Support external/internal audit processes, identifying deviations and proposing corrections;

• Monitoring of HR System implementation projects;

• Support the Employee Experience & Analytics project, with the definition of cross-functional HR initiatives and monitoring of key KPIs.
