The role

What you'll do

  • Prepare and make desserts, doughs, creams, and other pastry products according to defined recipes and standards;
  • Ensure the mise en place of the pastry section;
  • Execute pastry and bakery techniques with rigor, precision, and consistency;
  • Comply with HACCP requirements;
  • Ensure the preservation and storage of raw materials, including expiry date control and rotation (FIFO);
  • Perform inventories and orders.

Your MISSION will be to guarantee the quality and flavor of every dessert, providing unforgettable gastronomic moments to our customers!
