The role

The Yeatman is a luxurious wine hotel, with wonderful views over the City of Porto and the Douro River, and is considered a distinctive landmark in the global luxury hotel landscape.
We are recruiting a Concierge (M/F/D) to join our team.
What you'll do
- Reception and assistance of the client;
- Telephone service;
- Complaint management;
- Clarification of questions regarding the Hotel and available services;
- Administrative tasks inherent to the role.
Requirements
- Training in the Tourism/Hospitality area;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in luxury hospitality;
- Proficiency in the English language and preferably in other foreign languages;
- Availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
