ITSM/ESM Team Lead - Lisbon

• Minimum of 5 years of experience;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Team Management;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to interpret client needs and propose suitable solutions;
• Good knowledge of an ITSM/ESM, ITAM and SAM solution (market references);
• Good knowledge of the ITIL Framework;
• Good level of English (minimum B2);

• Management of the offer and the delivery area team for ITSM/ESM, ITAM and SAM components;
• Administration of IT Service Management / Enterprise Service Management platforms (ServiceNow, Opentext SMAX or Jira Service Management);
• Evaluate and improve implemented processes based on ITIL best practices;
• Design and implementation of workflows, automations, Dashboards, Reports and SLAs/KPIs;
• Development of integrations with external platforms via Rest API (CRUD);
• CMDB administration (information quality);
• Design and implementation of service catalogs;
