Senior Information and Communications Systems Technician (M/F)

Ensure the management, maintenance, and evolution of information systems and business applications through the analysis and resolution of incidents, the implementation of improvements, the performance of tests, and user support. Collaborate with technical teams and business areas in the optimization of solutions, contributing to the quality, security, continuity, and reliability of the systems, as well as to their continuous improvement.

• Higher education in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, or related fields;
• Knowledge of business systems, application development, databases, and systems integration is valued;
• Knowledge of development methodologies and IT service management best practices is valued;
• Experience or contact with activities involving support, maintenance, and evolution of information systems;
• Problem-solving and analytical capacity, with an orientation toward continuous improvement;
• Good communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and business areas;
• Organizational capacity, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and proactivity;
• Availability to travel outside the island of São Miguel.
