Information Systems Analyst/Business Analyst (on-site)

We are looking for an Information Systems Analyst to ensure requirements analysis, business process optimization, and the definition of technological solutions aligned with the organization's needs.

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements;
• Model processes and systems through BPMN and UML;
• Analyze and optimize business processes, using BPM and Lean methodologies;
• Support the integration of systems and REST/SOAP APIs;
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
• Monitor testing, system validation, and decision support documentation.
